While the mechanical work on the vehicle was excellent — everything seems to be running great — I did notice that someone left grease marks on the interior upholstery above the door and a small part of the ceiling. I stopped back after my test drive, and Art did try to clean it off, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the stains are still visible, so I’ll need to return again to see if they can be fully removed. Also, while I understand dealership pricing tends to be higher, the cost of the service was nearly double what I was quoted by other mechanics. That said, I chose to move forward with the work because I was able to use my GM points, which helped offset the cost. Thank you for your attention, and I hope we can get the interior cleaned up soon.

Everyone was extremely helpful and explained very well all the issues with my car.

Car wasn't done on time. Didn't get a pre-work quote on the valve cover part of the job. When picking up my car I was handed ten pages of paper work. None was even explained and very confusing.. I've had work done in Ankeny Karl and got a complimentary car wash. I spent $1,400 in repairs in Webster City and don't receive one??? Disappointed..

They were flexible with me. I had to wait a while to get my finances in check. They allowed me to put some money down to hold the vehicle. And finally, things came together on my end and we got it done.

I was told I needed to have an alignment in order to have the newtires guaranteed, but my car is not out of alignment, so I opted not to have it. If it doesn’t need it, it doesn’t need it! When I got my car home, and was checking the new tires, I noticed that both of the back hubcaps were stained with quite a bit of grease, so I’m going to have to clean those off.

Joe was great as a seller. Responsive, helpful, not pushy, and knowledgeable. The transaction process was smooth, and what really had me leaving the dealership happy was how well the team cleaned and detailed the vehicle before sending me off with it. This was my best vehicle transaction by far.

Since purchasing our vehicle earlier this year, we have been more than happy with the customer service we have received when we have had questions or concerns.

I was torn between a Z71 Colorado or Canyon Denali, and when I landed on the Denali he let me know he'd still be able to help even though the truck I ended up finding was on a different property. He was timely with communications and meet-ups, followed through on everything he said he would, and completely reinforced my decision to do business with Karl's.

Loved that you picked up and returned my vehicle for service. Noticed some of my settings on the dash had been changed. Not a big deal, but auto start wasn’t as effective when I went to go home for the day. Loved using my reward points for most of the service costs!

Our salesperson, Ty Schnathorst was great to work with. We came to the dealership thinking we were interested in a particular vehicle and after driving it decided it was not for us. We were able to drive a couple more vehicles and decided on a '26 Terrain Denali. A car with our specifications was not able to be located so a new car was ordered. In the ordering process one of the items I wanted was inadvertently left off and the dealership looked into making this right. They were able to locate at another dealership a car with everything we had wanted and were able to secure that car for us. When we showed up at the dealership to pick up the car everything and everyone was ready to get us taken care of, go through all the financials, talk us through the features of the car and get us on our way. Ty was great to work with. He kept us informed and met our needs in what we wanted in a car. With the experience we have had in the sales department we are hoping to have the same experience in the service department when we need them also.

I moved away from the area, but I will return to Karl Chevrolet Webster City because of Mike, Nathan and Autumn. This group is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was disappointed that my tires weren't all filled to 35lbs, they weren't checked at all. I was told I had an oil leak. He asked if I noticed any spots. Didn't tell me where it was coming from, was it covered under warranty or what it would take to fix it.

Had my bed cover installed quick and it looks great.

I had my truck in for a service and oil change. That was fine. I asked if they could look into why my AC wasn’t working and they didn’t have enough help to look at it but the service desk when I paid told me it was probably a AC compressor. A week later I brought it back in to see what the actual problem was. It was the compressor. It’s 6-8 weeks out on back order!! I’m not happy

staff continues to over inflate my rear tires. Door tag and Onstar says 35# front, 32 rear. Rear tires always get filled to 35#. I can fix, but it just irritates me that I have to remove air to be in compliance to air pressure on rear tires. Otherwise, everything is fine.
